Retreat Offerings

In addition to my work as an Orton-Gillingham Practitioner, I host meditation retreats designed to help adults slow down, restore balance, and reconnect with themselves. When educators, parents, and caregivers are able to manage their own stressors with presence and compassion, they lead by example creating calmer and peaceful environments for the children in their care.

Please feel free to contact me to learn more about upcoming retreats or to inquire about mindfulness programs for schools or adult groups using the link below.

New Offering: An Early Summer Retreat

Date: June 25-27, 2026
Location: Narragansett, Rhode Island

In addition to my work as an Orton-Gillingham Practitioner, I offer small, intimate meditation retreats for adults who are ready to slow down, restore balance, and reconnect with themselves.

Whether you are a complete beginner, navigating a life transition, running on empty, or simply someone who feels the pull toward something quieter, these retreats were created for you. No prior experience with meditation is needed. No particular spiritual tradition is required. Just a willingness to show up.

When we learn to sit with ourselves, to breathe, to notice, to be still something essential comes forward. I believe that capacity lives in every person. My role is simply to offer the tools and allow your own inner voice to come through. Please read all of the information below.

“It is not that mindfulness is the answer to all of life’s problems. Rather, it is that all of life’s problems can be seen more clearly through the lens of a clear mind.”
